If one plank doesn't cover the whole span of the room then quantum the gap with a tape quantum and use a rip saw to cut a piece of strand woven bamboo to size. Use a pry bar to get the piece in place. Remember to put spacers at the end of every row of flooring planks.
If the remaining piece of cut flooring is longer than 8 inches than use it to start the next line of flooring. Before you start the second row, use a glue gun to put a line of adhesive along the showing tongue of the last line of flooring. Then fit the next line of flooring, again cutting a piece of bamboo to fit the gap if there is one. Once the line is completed then use a rubber mallet to tap the flooring together.
Continue adding rows of flooring until you get to the last row. quantum the remaining width. Use a rip saw to cut the final row of planks to fit the space.
If the door doesn't indubitably open after the floating facility then take the door off its hinges and shave off a few millimeters from the bottom of the door so it clears the flooring.
Finally, leave the strand woven bamboo flooring for 48 hours to let the adhesive dry. It is best to use a low Voc or Voc free adhesive as this is healthier. And there you have it.
